What to expect?
Each session is really relaxed and allows time to chat/ask questions and clarify. There are lots of aditional resources to support your practise and we can work through the course at your own pace spending extra time relieving any areas of anxiety, for example additional relaxations or more time covering birth options. Areas covered include Shoreham-by-Sea, Southwick, Lancing, Worthing, Sompting, Littlehampton, Brighton and Hove.
